Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit, mentor, and manage a multi-tier IT support team (L1–L3), including daily operations, performance evaluations, upskilling, and schedule management.
  • •Define and optimize L1/L2+ service procedures, runbooks, and workflows; manage the user lifecycle and ensure ticket quality and SLA targets.
  • •Partner with global and facilities teams to run local network infrastructure and endpoint security, manage AV systems, asset lifecycles, and support hardware procurement.
  • •Direct PEZA compliance activities, including IT asset registration, movement tracking, import/export documentation, and audit readiness.
  • •Enforce ITIL/ISO standards and access controls, lead software/license and operational audits, and manage disaster recovery and site continuity planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • •5+ years in IT infrastructure/support and 3+ years in a supervisory or management role within global organizations.
  • •Proven coaching, team-building, and project management skills with high autonomy and customer-centricity.
  • •Hands-on experience managing multi-OS environments (Windows, macOS) and MDM/endpoint security tools (Intune, Jamf, ZScaler, SentinelOne).
  • •Knowledge of IT asset management (Snipe-IT) and PEZA compliance guidelines for Philippine economic zones.
