Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Head of Climate Resilience Centre, supporting strategic priorities, annual plans, and an external engagement roadmap.
  • •Lead thought leadership development and execution, identifying emerging topics and translating technical expertise into externally relevant publications and messaging.
  • •Secure and manage academic and institutional research partnerships, including joint outputs such as practical pilots, publications, and policy-facing work.
  • •Develop media relationships and support journalist activation in coordination with communications teams to enable interviews, commentary, and external visibility.
  • •Design and deliver flagship events and coordinate participation in major forums across APAC and globally, ensuring follow-up and delivery discipline across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, communications, public policy, sustainability, journalism, academia, or related fields.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to translate complex topics into clear executive and external messaging.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across business, academia, media, policy, and international institutions.
  • •Ability to lead thought leadership and external positioning strategies, including reports, executive views, opinion pieces, and market insight publications.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive follow-through in ambiguous, fast-moving environments across a complex matrix organization.
