Job Summary

Senior BIM Technician will support the Structural Engineering team with CAD (Revit) detailing on projects, developing general arrangement, section and detail drawings, coordinating architectural and MEP models, and ensuring BIM execution plans and CAD standards across multiple Indian offices (Noida, Bengaluru, Mumbai).

Key Responsibilities

•Assist project establishment by agreeing and contributing towards project inception reviews, drawing strategy, scales and sizes of drawings to company standards and methods to ensure efficient drawing production.
•Comply with BIM Execution Plans and ensure deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines.
•Coordinate setting out coordinates, grid lines, floor levels and building details with project team members.
•Develop general arrangement, section and detail drawings from engineers' sketches and other team drawings and produce coordinated building models and details.
•Produce high-quality models and drawings with minimal errors and clashes, and input to architectural and MEP model coordination.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Civil or Higher
•8+ years' production experience in detailing, drafting structural drawings, team management, with a proven track record
