Key Responsibilities

  • •Own cross-team programs and be accountable for outcomes and impact, clarifying ownership and guiding tradeoff decisions.
  • •Contribute technically by partnering with engineering leaders to define system boundaries, APIs, and integration patterns, decomposing ambiguous problems into workstreams and deliverables.
  • •Orchestrate delivery across multiple engineering organizations by sequencing and proactively managing dependencies.
  • •Build tooling and mechanisms for risk management, dependency tracking, and program health, partnering to scale tooling across engineering and the AI SDLC.
  • •Increase predictability through integrated roadmaps, delivery plans, and program health metrics; identify and mitigate risk by steering away from failure patterns and resolving cross-team blockers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • •7+ years working directly with engineering teams, and 5+ years applying core project management disciplines (scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, critical path).
  • •Demonstrated success owning complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering organizations with accountability for outcomes.
  • •Deep hands-on understanding of modern software development practices, APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and Agile delivery.
  • •Experience building or applying AI/agentic tooling to improve engineering planning, delivery, or operational efficiency.
