Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform hands-on assembly of UAS platforms: including airframe construction, avionics installation, wiring harness integration, propulsion system build-up, and payload fitment, working to engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
  • •Execute QA inspection and functional testing at each stage of assembly: conducting pre-flight checks, bench testing of avionics and electrical systems, continuity checks, and final acceptance testing before vehicles are released for flight operations.
  • •Manage and maintain accurate bill of materials (BOM) records: tracking component usage, flagging discrepancies between as-built configurations and engineering documentation, and supporting engineering change order (ECO) processes.
  • •Support inventory management: receiving incoming components and materials, performing incoming inspection, maintaining stock accuracy, and coordinating with procurement and engineering to identify shortfalls and manage consumables.
  • •Document build records, test results, and non-conformances in our quality management system, maintaining full traceability from components to completed vehicles.

Key Requirements

  • •Practical hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical assembly: either through formal technical training, prior employment in a manufacturing or repair environment, or a demonstrated personal track record working with UAVs, RC systems, or similar electromechanical platforms.
