Key Responsibilities

•Attend to chiller-related BDCs promptly and support resolution during working days, holidays, and non-working hours as available.
•Generate daily or time-to-time reports covering all chillers, including observations, issues, WIP, and pending points.
•Schedule and carry out PPMs for chillers, submit preliminary RCA and incident reports, and keep chiller history cards updated for major/non-regular repairs.
•Repair chillers and perform hands-on overhauling of centrifugal and screw compressors; raise stock requests for parts needed for major overhauls.
•Ensure quality by reviewing technician work through visits and audits, provide EHS recommendations/observations, and recommend proactive reliability/performance improvement ideas to customers.
