Job Summary

Help customers overcome HR technology challenges by delivering Workday HCM and Security services as part of the Success Plans Delivery Team. Engage clients to understand requirements, troubleshoot and configure solutions, and provide small-scope consulting, demos, and recommendations. Support multiple customers on short-duration projects while sharing expertise through Ask-an-Expert requests and facilitating feature adoption workshops, functional reviews, and health checks.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service and engage customers to understand business requirements quickly.
•Develop and demonstrate Workday system configuration solutions, explaining product capabilities and the benefits/risks of design decisions.
•Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve issues and recommend optimal configuration to meet customer business requirements.
•Support multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects and help customers become more self-sufficient with their Workday applications.
•Partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver services including feature adoption workshops, functional reviews, and health checks.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,400 - 149,200 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience.
•3+ years of experience with HCM and Security product areas.
•1+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME.
•Demonstrated understanding of HR systems and processes, Workday concepts, and new feature releases in Core HCM and related cross-application features.
•Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
