Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service and engage customers to understand business requirements quickly.
  • •Develop and demonstrate Workday system configuration solutions, explaining product capabilities and the benefits/risks of design decisions.
  • •Troubleshoot product configuration to resolve issues and recommend optimal configuration to meet customer business requirements.
  • •Support multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects and help customers become more self-sufficient with their Workday applications.
  • •Partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver services including feature adoption workshops, functional reviews, and health checks.

Salary: USD 99,400 - 149,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience.
  • •3+ years of experience with HCM and Security product areas.
  • •1+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of HR systems and processes, Workday concepts, and new feature releases in Core HCM and related cross-application features.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
