•Oversee the installation, validation, and commissioning of vision systems in production environments across multiple product lines.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate high-precision inspection systems into production lines and automation systems.
•Lead RCCA on vision systems and process failures; train production staff on the operation and maintenance of vision systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
•4+ years of experience in developing and maintaining vision systems in a manufacturing environment.
•Experience developing vision system platforms (Cognex, Keyence, iRVision, Halcon) and programming languages (Python, C++, OpenCV).
•Strong understanding of image processing algorithms, optics, and lighting principles.
•Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems including PLC/robot integration.
