Key Responsibilities

  • •Work within the Quality Control team to develop and maintain test automation, scripting solutions, and quality control processes.
  • •Collaborate with Product QA, Failure Analysis, R&D, and contract manufacturers to investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, validate corrective actions, and improve quality continuously.
  • •Validate, maintain, and enhance burn-in test programs, ensuring functionality, stability, test coverage, and proper documentation.
  • •Execute manual and automated testing and diagnostics across hardware, software, and firmware, including issue reproduction and verification.
  • •Perform NPI quality validation for FortiGate hardware platforms by developing test plans, test cases, test specifications, and validation methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in network testing, product validation, quality assurance, manufacturing testing, or troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • •Strong knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, routing, switching, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • •Experience with Linux environments, shell scripting, and automation frameworks, plus strong programming/scripting skills (Python, C, Perl, VBScript, or Robot Framework).
  • •Strong understanding of QA processes, test methodologies, and test automation concepts, with excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
