Job Summary

Own end-to-end quality assurance for HP-branded OEM and ISV-branded solutions. Define testing requirements and priorities, then develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts. Lead and coordinate project and solution teams (including QA engineers and partners), drive ISV defect investigation and escalations, and keep stakeholders informed through quality metrics, coverage, and defect trend reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead multiple project and solution teams to deliver end-to-end quality assurance, including test strategy, analysis, coding, results evaluation, and corrective actions.
•Own software solution deals and escalation requests, ensuring quality, feasibility, and risk considerations are addressed.
•Investigate, track, and drive resolution of ISV-related defects with internal teams and external partners.
•Maintain and continuously improve the Solutions Compatibility Dashboard, publishing timely updates and enhancements for users and stakeholders.
•Provide leadership for test planning, execution, and risk assessment during meetings, and participate in release and deployment activities to validate release quality criteria.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
•Typically 6–9 years of work experience in software quality assurance, test harnesses, QA-focused tools, or a related field.
•Experience owning test strategy, test planning, and execution for complex products and platforms.
•Hands-on knowledge of software quality and software testing practices, including automation and debugging.
•Familiarity with relevant testing and engineering tools and methodologies used in CI/CD and agile teams.
