Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience leading cross-functional, product-oriented engineering teams
  • •Strong full-stack development background, ideally Java and React, with relational and NoSQL databases

  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior engineers, product peers, and stakeholders
  • •Familiarity with building applications on AWS; bonus: experience developing GUI-heavy internal tools or platforms
