Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute coiled tubing operations at customer well sites to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality service.
  • •Operate and monitor coiled tubing units, injector heads, reels, and control systems.
  • •Lead rig-up, pressure testing, job execution, and rig-down activities.
  • •Monitor real-time job parameters (tubing depth, weight, pump rates, well pressure) and perform pre-job inspections, function testing, and basic troubleshooting.
  • •Conduct risk assessments, ensure HSE compliance, record operational data, prepare accurate job reports, coordinate with customer and rig crew, and mentor operators and junior personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a minimum of Two year Technical Degree.
  • •Have at least 5 years of hands-on onshore or offshore oilfield service experience in pressure pumping and coiled tubing operations.
  • •Have strong knowledge of coiled tubing equipment and pressure control equipment (BOPs, stripper, lubricator).
  • •Have knowledge of nitrogen pumping and well intervention operations.
  • •Have excellent knowledge of HSE procedures and risk management, with strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication skills.
