Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall project management to meet quality, cost, statutory compliance, safety, environmental standards, and scheduling requirements.
  • •Manage the master programme and short-term schedules (weekly work plans, look-ahead schedules, inspection timelines) and ensure effective review and communication.
  • •Coordinate site progress and quality with site teams/contractors and support safety/compliance across project activities.
  • •Oversee external consultants and multidisciplinary teams; act as liaison between internal stakeholders and external consultants; facilitate progress meetings.
  • •Produce project reports covering updates, risks, decisions, and action items; prepare and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project/Primavera P6/Excel and baseline/critical path analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience managing commercial office, retail, or showroom fit-out projects internationally.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines; strong communication and leadership skills with fluency in English required.
