Key Requirements

  • •5–8+ years of product management experience with a track record of multiple shipped products that delivered measurable, long-term business impact.
  • •Ability to develop coherent product strategy from ambiguous problem spaces and translate it into phased, executable roadmaps, ideally in areas like onboarding, gamification, loyalty, ecosystem, or involuntary churn.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in product analytics tools (Amplitude, Sigma, or equivalent) and able to pull, model, and interpret data independently.
  • •Experience with consumer subscription products and digital consumer growth funnels, including best-in-class onboarding/gamification/social mechanics and running structured experimentation at scale.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment; comfortable being self-sufficient in fast-moving, loosely defined spaces.
