Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage relationships with Thales partner banks in compliance reviews and KYC procedures.
  • •Analyze financing requests from Group entities and the associated risks.
  • •Collect, structure, and model financing inputs for business plans; support entities with client bid responses.
  • •Draft term sheets for bank bid calls, analyze offers, and negotiate credit conventions.
  • •Maintain day-to-day relationships with Group rating agencies and prepare annual credit reviews.
