Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a track record of hiring for G&A roles.
•Experience supporting finance, HR (people), legal, policy, communications, and other G&A functions.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
•Proficiency using data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make informed decisions.
•Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques (and other sourcing tools).
