Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Project Manager for assigned real estate services projects across the full lifecycle, from planning and budgeting through closeout.
  • •Develop and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategies to support business objectives.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, communicating status, risks, issues, and decision requirements.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including engineering disciplines, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
  • •Identify and manage project risks, issues, and scope changes; evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage real estate services projects, including design, construction, renovation, expansion, consolidation, relocation, or replacement of company facilities and site infrastructure assets.
  • •Minimum of five years’ experience managing facility construction, renovation, infrastructure, or capital improvement projects.
  • •Lead multiple concurrent projects across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management with minimal supervision.
  • •Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with executives, facility leaders, technical teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • •Working knowledge of project management principles (scope, schedule, cost, risk, change, procurement, and stakeholder management).
