Job Summary

Drive the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day delivery of specialist insurance platforms for Commercial Risk in Aon New Zealand. Partner across business product managers, technology product leadership, analysts, and engineering to deliver platform initiatives from discovery through design, build, testing, and launch. Manage platform backlogs, optimize capabilities with APAC stakeholders, monitor governance and compliance, and grow adoption through process improvements and stakeholder communications.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for Aon New Zealand’s Commercial Risk platforms.
•Drive platform enhancements by translating business needs into prioritized initiatives.
•Manage platform backlogs and coordinate delivery across business and technology teams.
•Lead end-to-end delivery of platform projects and enhancements, from discovery to design, build, testing, and launch.
•Monitor platform performance, governance, and compliance standards; support learning, documentation, and stakeholder communications.

•Translate business needs into prioritized platform initiatives and roadmaps.
