Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising.
  • •Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives.
  • •Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across motion outputs, elevating work through experimentation, art direction, and storytelling.
  • •Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams and translate objectives into motion-driven content.
  • •Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, develop reusable templates/motion systems, and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
  • •Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro; Cinema 4D and Blender are a plus.
  • •Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition skills.
  • •Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes, with a portfolio/showreel.
