Key Responsibilities

•Ensure robust and efficient manufacturing for builds at suppliers in the areas of thermal and mechanical components, from NPI stage to mass production.
•Confirm that new suppliers and technologies for thermal and mechanical parts adhere to NVIDIA specifications.
•Manage the manufacturing process at suppliers for thermal and mechanical components from development to mass production readiness.
•Coordinate DFM from the early design stage to closure.
•Analyze building and manufacturing risks and ensure manufacturing line readiness, including tooling, processes, fixtures, testing equipment, and automation.

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
•10 years of experience in manufacturing processes such as liquid systems, metal and plastic die casting, sheet metal, and optics.
•Proven experience working with mechanical suppliers in NPI and mass production, implementing new processes, qualifying and establishing new suppliers, and a deep understanding of validation processes.
•A self-learner capable of understanding and implementing new technologies that are first in the market.
•Independence and capability to lead tasks from beginning to closure.
