Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients on bid strategies, prequalification of vendors, bid evaluations, and bid interviews; manage appointment processes.
  • •Develop and present project estimates, review junior team estimates, deliver value engineering recommendations, and assess commercial risks using benchmark data.
  • •Establish cost reporting schedules; review and present cost reports and forecasts; develop and maintain a commercial risk register and run periodic meetings with teams and vendors.
  • •Manage cost control by reviewing payment applications, recommending contractor entitlements, assessing change order requests, and handling dispute prevention/management/resolution and contractual issues.
  • •Manage invoicing, benchmark performance, lead final accounting and post-contract audits/account closeouts, run post-contract reviews, and develop procedures for project handover.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 135,000 annually
