Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, define and execute the Mech&Tech strategy in collaboration with Crafting & Supply to drive growth, newness and efficiencies at scale
  • •Drives the implementation of smart factory solutions, including IoT integration, digital twins, and AI-driven manufacturing optimization
  • •Ensures alignment of manufacturing technology objectives with the company’s strategy and transformation goals
  • •Drives stakeholder engagement and represent Digital and Technology in the Crafting and Supply executive leadership team
  • •Build, lead and mentor a growing world class technology team who delivers innovative products at pace

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in Manufacturing Technology and leading senior-level teams
  • •Proven track record implementing Industry 4.0 solutions (IoT, AI, digital twins)
  • •Experience managing large, complex transformation programmes and technology implementations
  • •Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to lead global cross-functional matrix teams
  • •Ability to translate strategy into actionable manufacturing technology roadmaps and drive operational excellence
