Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on Entrust equipment, including testing, diagnosing, and resolving issues.
  • •Conduct repairs such as cleaning, calibrating sensors and data read/write devices, replacing worn or misaligned parts, and making software adjustments.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory levels using the ERP platform and follow service activity reporting and call-management processes.
  • •Accept, organize, and respond to service calls via a dispatch system and drive to customer sites daily to provide service.
