•Learn directly from engineers running a customer-informed, AI-native loop for years.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering experience, or a relevant degree plus equivalent experience.
•Strong programming in JavaScript/Node.js or Python, comfortable across backend and frontend.
•Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, or similar).
•Cloud platform experience and solid DevOps fundamentals.
•Comfortable working directly with customers, even before your title requires it.
