•Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams to expand market presence.
•Conduct consultative business discovery and deliver enterprise-style demonstrations of the technology platform tailored to agents and brokerage leaders.
•Position the value proposition across technology, marketing, culture, and growth.
•Build and manage a strong pipeline through a consultative, relationship-driven sales process.
•Develop deep market expertise and maintain a strong local presence while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 110,000 annually
