  • •Safely load and operate standard Reliability Stress Test equipment.
  • •Process warranty returns and complete reliability test data entry.
  • •Ensure tests and measurements are completed on schedule and communicate abnormal findings immediately.
  • •Train new technicians on module testing and measurements, equipment handling, and assist with Level 1 failure analysis/troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Electrical preferred) OR an Associate’s degree (Electrical preferred) OR a High School Diploma with at least 3 years’ manufacturing or lab experience.
  • •High School Diploma with at least 1 year of experience working in a First Solar lab environment as a contractor.
  • •Basic ability using tools and operating equipment, including calibration/testing/measurement experience (added advantage).
  • •Must be able to learn simulator operation and follow control plan OCAP steps; select and run correct test recipes across multiple tools.
  • •Demonstrated problem-solving and data analysis skills to verify tests and ensure results fit within a control plan.
