Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end strategy and roadmap for third-party integrations across reservation platforms, payment gateways, and adjacent hospitality integrations.
  • •Serve as platform product manager for integrations across Canary products by defining shared frameworks and reusable APIs.
  • •Prioritize the integration roadmap based on customer demand, enterprise brand requirements, and revenue impact.
  • •Manage integration partners through technical scoping, testing + certification, and partnership management across the integration lifecycle.
  • •Define and track integration health metrics (data accuracy, sync reliability, uptime, latency, and coverage) and communicate the roadmap to enterprise customers, sales, and customer success.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in product management, including experience owning platform, API, or integration products.
  • •Hands-on experience with third-party system integrations (ideally PMS, CRS, or payment gateways/processors).
  • •Technical depth to work with engineers on APIs, webhooks, data modeling, authentication, and integration architecture.
  • •Demonstrated ability as a platform PM serving multiple internal product teams with a coherent platform vision.
  • •Experience managing external vendor/partner relationships, including technical scoping and certification processes.
