Job Summary

Lead global spend management for assigned categories by building advanced sourcing strategies, multi-year roadmaps, and performance dashboards. Own complex sourcing, RFP, and negotiations, managing supplier relationships and championing supplier diversity. Partner with senior business and functional leaders to translate needs into sourcing approaches and drive execution of recommendations. Assess financial, operational, and risk trade-offs, draft contract language, and improve procurement quality using AI-enabled tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop advanced sourcing strategies for assigned categories, including long-range objectives, performance goals, and metrics.
•Build and manage multi-year category roadmaps, opportunity pipelines, and performance dashboards to drive value, resilience, compliance, and continuous improvement.
•Independently lead complex sourcing, RFP, and negotiation efforts while balancing value, risk, stakeholder priorities, and long-term category strategy.
•Serve as a primary procurement partner to senior business and functional leaders; translate business needs into sourcing approaches and drive timely execution and implementation.
•Manage supplier relationships, champion supplier diversity, conduct supplier reviews, and draft/negotiates complex contract language with legal and functional partners.

Key Requirements

•8–10+ years of progressive procurement and strategic sourcing experience across one or more enterprise spend categories.
•Substantial experience with complex contracts and managing key supplier relationships.
•Bachelor’s degree.
•Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
•Experience working with all levels of management, including C-level leaders; strong negotiation and supplier relations skills; excellent people management skills.
