Principal Program Controls Analyst - Active Security Clearance Required

Support a portfolio of development programs in the Specter Production Finance team by driving earned value (EV) financial cadence, EAC estimates, and variance analysis for manpower and material spending. Prepare program financial status data packages for the customer, and monitor contract funding, invoicing, and cash collection. Use tools such as SAP APEX, PRISM, and the earned value management suite while partnering closely with Control Account Managers, IPT Leads, program/finance leadership, and the government customer.
