Job Summary

Lead a production cell by directing employees, running daily supervisor responsibilities, and driving employee engagement and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

•Provide direction to employees and lead employee engagement and continuous improvement efforts.
•Perform daily supervisor responsibilities with support group members, including execution and effective communication.
•Establish work schedules and monthly delivery plans aligned with resource availability, customer needs, and financial obligations.
•Execute the Standard Production System (SPS): drive accountability, visual management, leader standard work, and root-cause corrective actions.
•Champion sustained improvements in safety, quality, production, material procurement, and cost reduction while controlling quality/productivity/process flow to meet MRP requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of manufacturing/operations experience OR a Master’s degree with 2+ years of manufacturing/operations experience.
•2+ years of leadership experience in an operations or manufacturing setting.
•U.S. citizenship required due to government contracts.
•Experience using continuous improvement principles (lean manufacturing, ACE/CORE, QCPC, etc.).
•Clear, concise and effective communication skills across levels of management.
