FP&A Manager

Lead financial planning & analysis across the organization, partnering with Finance, Sales, Operations, and leadership to deliver timely insights. Own variance analysis, customer P&L and margin trend reporting, and sales performance reporting across volume, revenue, and profitability. Support month-end close accuracy, strengthen master data governance, and improve reporting processes. Manage, coach, and develop FP&A team members, and contribute to active M&A financial analysis and due diligence.
