Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage regulatory investigations and inquiries end-to-end, including scoping/negotiating requests, coordinating document production, preparing witnesses, and drafting written responses.
  • •Manage Congressional investigations or inquiries.
  • •Manage and collaborate with outside counsel to keep investigations efficient and aligned with company priorities.
  • •Work cross-functionally with technical, product, policy, and business teams to gather information, evaluate risk, and develop resolution strategies.
  • •Represent the company with regulators and enforcement staff, and help develop internal processes, playbooks, and tools for scalable regulatory response.

Key Requirements

  • •JD from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
  • •Substantial experience managing government or regulatory investigations, including responding to civil investigative demands, subpoenas, or comparable formal requests.
  • •Experience working with technology companies and/or technical clients.
  • •Strong communication, legal writing, and analytical skills to translate complex facts and law for legal and non-legal audiences.
  • •Experience managing outside counsel and coordinating large information requests across an organization.
