Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and improve applications to meet client objectives and user needs.
  • •Design, write, and maintain application code and databases, and optimize functionality and performance.
  • •Analyze and edit existing applications to fix problems and enable use on new hardware platforms.
  • •Test applications extensively to ensure they are error- and bug-free.
  • •Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to determine requirements, interfaces, and limitations; produce documentation and participate in reviews and team meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
  • •Seasoned understanding of computer science with programming, application design, and user-focused features.
  • •Proficiency in writing software using Java and a standard object library, plus understanding of additional languages such as Java, Perl, Python, and C++.
  • •Experience with agile development (Scrum) and software development process, including working in an Agile environment.
  • •Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows, plus SQL and project management skills for cross-functional teams.
