Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes on-site to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new systems to protect their families.
  • •Work as the customer-facing face of Vivint, delivering technical excellence and consultative guidance.
  • •Participate in ongoing coaching and leadership training while following Vivint’s safety culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record, and pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements.
  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology including security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Bring a sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales as a major plus.
  • •Provide a customer-first approach with integrity and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • •Be able to lift/carry up to 45 lbs, climb ladders up to 14 feet, and work in confined spaces like attics.
