Equipment Operator - Screed- Paving (West Lebanon, NH, US, 03784)

Operate the screed (the backend of the paver) and other paving equipment to support road construction work. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines to keep operations running safely and efficiently. Work outdoors as part of a paving crew, learning a trade while helping build local roads. Compensation includes $26.00/hour or more depending on experience, plus a $10.00/hour shift differential, along with paid time off and referral bonuses.
