Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead monthly inventory cycle planning (actuals and forecast), driving inventory level targets across channels and optimizing inventory across European distribution centers.
  • •Prepare distressed inventory generation and liquidation forecasts, coordinating meetings and proposing liquidation actions with Merch, Sales Operations, Brand, and Supply Chain Finance.
  • •Drive the monthly open-to-buy cycle across channels by identifying seasonal inventory targets and supporting corrective actions.
  • •Optimize rebalance and rerouting for order coverage and stock availability across two distribution centers; manage inventory forecast report creation, updates, and sharing with DC teams.
  • •Manage and coach the Inventory Team, define team activities and workload, and contribute to S&OE/S&OP/brand forum decks by collecting operational inventory and risk information.

Key Requirements

  • •University Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
  • •5 years of experience in similar roles due to the role’s exposure and criticality.
  • •Fluent English.
  • •Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • •Ability to establish courses of action, drive results through decision-making, and clearly convey information to individuals or groups.
