•Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
•Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
•Analyze business performance, key drivers, and financial trends; perform ad hoc financial analysis.
•Support departmental budgeting and expense management, collaborating with business units to improve financial processes and efficiencies.
•Assist with capital planning/risk assessments and support special projects as needed.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or finance (GL management, public reporting, analysis) or a similar field.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
•Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or commercial banking products.
•Intermediate knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Gemini) with some ability to implement tools for automation and process streamlining.
•Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel capabilities (Pivot Tables, SUMPRODUCT, INDEX/MATCH) plus financial planning and reporting concepts.
