Lead daily store operations while partnering with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive an exceptional customer experience. Coach and develop associates, maintain merchandising and visual standards, support stockroom and inventory processes, and help achieve sales and profit goals by monitoring KPIs. Foster an inclusive, positive store culture, uphold company policies and safety procedures, and participate in local community initiatives.
