Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a facilities operations team covering general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, janitorial, landscaping, waste management, and site improvements to prevent unplanned disruptions.
  • •Manage third-party vendors to enforce corporate standards, optimize contracts, and drive cost savings while maintaining service quality.
  • •Develop, plan, and execute strategic site improvement projects aligned with business goals, including residential and amenity upgrades.
  • •Oversee maintenance, repairs, and installations across housing, employee lodging, food & beverage venues, recreation facilities, and a private school to ensure safe, comfortable living.
  • •Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs and monitor construction projects to deliver on-time, on-budget results with zero impact to ongoing operations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency diploma.
  • •3+ years of professional experience with facilities management.
  • •1+ years of experience leading a team or project.
  • •Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support for emergencies and critical operations.
  • •Willingness to relocate to Starbase, Texas (Boca Chica) and perform the physical requirements of the job, including completing any pre-employment questionnaire and/or physical.
