•Shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for High Volume servicing, aligned to broader High Volume strategy.
•Own the servicing experience for High Volume customers, scaling operational impact and deploying AI solutions to improve customer outcomes.
•Improve predictability and confidence for customers who are frequently transacting at high volumes.
•Collaborate with other teams to define servicing capabilities, controls, and operational models balancing growth with platform and regulatory needs.
•Work horizontally across Send, Operations, Contacts, Fincrime, and Compliance to align High Volume servicing strategy with business goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 120,000 - 148,000 annually
