Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform inbound receiving: offload deliveries, inspect items, verify supplier documents, confirm lot numbers/conversion factors, and record receipts in the MMS.
  • •Label and store materials in designated areas using appropriate equipment while applying FIFO, and segregate hazardous materials with MSDS availability.
  • •Support outbound issuance: pick and arrange materials for maintenance requests, prepare material kits, coordinate deliveries/returns between locations, and record movements in the MMS.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy through stock audits, cycle counts, annual stock take support, and regular recording of stock movements.
  • •Operate forklifts and handle chemicals/inflammable materials safely; maintain housekeeping, documentation, trackers, and report incidents/near misses to supervisors.

Key Requirements

  • •Higher Secondary Education or Diploma (or other relevant qualification) in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • •Certification in supply chain management.
  • •Minimum 1 year of stores/warehousing experience.
  • •Experience in rail or a similar industry.
  • •Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication; strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
