Job Summary

Lead a team of Client Service professionals to ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality service. Supervise Client Service Associates, manage day-to-day workload coverage, and drive performance through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews. Continue acting as a Client Service Associate for an assigned client group while improving operations through process enhancements. Serve as an escalation point for complex service issues and leverage CRM tools to manage onboarding, offboarding, and request workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Continue acting as a Client Service Associate for an assigned group of clients.
•Lead and optimize Client Service operations by motivating and training employees to achieve department goals.
•Provide day-to-day oversight of associates, including workload distribution and backup coverage during absences.
•Lead performance management for direct reports, including goal setting support, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback.
•Serve as an escalation point for challenging client service issues and use CRM tools to manage client onboarding/offboarding and related requests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Previous back-office operations or executive/administrative assistant experience, including financial planning and/or securities industry exposure.
•High-touch, direct client experience and understanding of being a fee-only fiduciary.
•Supervisory experience managing teams (plus).
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort navigating software applications; experience with CRM/portfolio/document management preferred.
•Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work collaboratively through questions and concerns.
