Key Responsibilities

•Develop product roadmap and execution across Product, Engineering, and Transmission Planning.
•Translate customer, market, and founder insight into product strategy, priorities, and execution plans.
•Build the operating cadence for product development: roadmap planning, product reviews, execution reviews, and customer feedback loops.
•Manage and coach Product Leads, VP Engineering, and VP Transmission Planning.
•Make cross-functional decisions across customer value, technical feasibility, domain correctness, speed, and business impact; ensure product quality, usability, reliability, and customer impact.

Key Requirements

•Senior product or technical leadership experience in complex B2B software.
•Strong product judgment and track record of execution: can turn ambiguity into plans, owners, milestones, and shipped product.
•Ability to quickly learn a highly niche / complex domain.
•Experience managing product teams, engineering teams, or cross-functional technical teams.
•Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
