Encoder Supervisor Billing and Data Entry

Provide administrative support and supervise inpatient billing and data entry activities at the hospital. Ensure correct patient and procedures before billing, monitor insurance approvals and deposits, detect and fix billing errors, and maintain timely handling of open/halts cases to protect financial safety. Manage staff schedules and 24/7 coverage for key areas, oversee daily remittances, and ensure staff follow hospital dress code while reporting performance to the head of department.
