Job Summary

Lead a team of bid professionals to develop high-quality, competitive proposals for clients during capture and bid phases. Report to MD Energy UK&I and manage a pipeline of energy opportunities, ensuring proposals align with corporate governance and deliver best quality/price solutions. Work with strategic growth directors and KCM teams to qualify prospects, support bid transformation (including AI and technical roadmaps), and coach the team to continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of bid professionals to produce compelling proposals that respond to client needs during procurement
•Develop and implement an approach to bidding across the business unit based on market needs
•Manage and resourcing a pipeline of opportunities to support the work-winning area of the business
•Lead proposal development and presentations, ensuring proposals follow corporate governance arrangements
•Support bid transformation, including AI implementation, GCC mobilisation, and technical roadmaps across people, capture, writing, management and pricing
