Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle inbound service desk calls from healthcare customers regarding clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve incidents involving workflow issues, application errors, user access, and functionality.
  • •Document ticket comments and close or escalate incidents and related issues in a timely manner.
  • •Drive incident resolution for a 24/7 service desk environment while remaining in the phone queue and workspace for extended shifts.
  • •Maintain a quiet private workspace with wired high-speed internet, and use a working cell phone for manager communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or an equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience (e.g., 2 years work and 2 years technical education).
  • •At least 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year of call center/customer service/application support experience.
  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and proficiency in typing plus English communication verbally and in writing.
  • •Shift flexibility, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays, with possible overtime based on business needs.
