Work with the Workday Success Plans team to support customers after go-live through targeted micro-consulting engagements. Act as a trusted Workday advisor by answering how-to questions, troubleshooting and guiding configuration, and delivering feature demonstrations. Use deep expertise in Workday HCM/Payroll, talent, compensation, and performance management to share methodologies, highlight key considerations, and help customers drive business value from their Workday investment.

Key Responsibilities

•Work directly with customers through targeted micro consulting engagements to solve business needs using Workday.
•Assist customers with how-to questions and troubleshoot issues related to Workday configuration.
•Guide customers through Workday configuration using standard methodologies and best practices.
•Provide feature demonstrations and explain the value of Workday solutions to customers.
•Share expertise to identify key considerations and help customers increase value from their Workday investment.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of functional experience in HCM, Payroll, Financial, Benefits, Revenue, Spend, Talent, and Performance Management software solutions or systems.
•10+ years of consulting experience.
•10+ years of experience implementing Workday.
•Ability to act as a trusted Workday advisor, guiding customers through configuration and resolving how-to questions.
•Industry experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, Education, or Government.
