Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment to manufacture photovoltaic solar modules at acceptable quality and throughput levels.
  • •Perform operational preventative maintenance and simple maintenance using hand tools and instrumentation.
  • •Respond to tool alarms or non-standard conditions per work instructions and escalate issues that can’t be fixed immediately.
  • •Perform basic quality control procedures and recognize quality to isolate and address quality issues.
  • •Monitor process data, maintain proper inventory levels at point of use, and provide reporting and communication during shift changes.
