Senior Project Manager - Data Centers / Due Diligence

Lead front-end due diligence and project evaluation for major data center investments across North America, supporting developers, investors, and end users from site identification and acquisition through technical feasibility and development readiness. Manage complex due diligence programs, coordinate multidisciplinary advisors, synthesize findings into executive reporting, and guide decisions on power, utilities, fiber connectivity, water, environmental constraints, permitting, land, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation.
