Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide reward expertise across fixed reward, variable reward incentives, and employee benefits, including design, implementation, and annual reviews.
  • •Support and ensure reward governance and compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including UK & Ireland pay gap reporting.
  • •Conduct reward data analysis and market benchmarking; maintain accurate reward data and create reports/dashboards to inform decision-making.
  • •Manage survey and vendor-related activities, including survey participation and day-to-day vendor interface and escalation.
  • •Develop and maintain reward structures and frameworks, assist with annual budgeting/market insights, and support reward transformation initiatives and project delivery.
